Whats happening in Geography
Our Geography class have been busy! We are always learning new things and about the world around us in Geography!
Outdoors in Geography
As part of their GCSE course, our Year 11s recently visited the Claddagh River to undertake a river study.

They were investigating how the characteristics of the river change as it moves downstream. They used a range of equipment to measure width, depth, velocity, and stone size.
They also got a chance to learn about the unique geology of Cuilcagh and the Marble Arch caves. It was a wet and windy day, but our students did remarkably well despite the adverse weather!
